Ninety One fined R3m for Fica breaches

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) announced in a statement that it has imposed a R3 million administrative sanction on Ninety One Fund Managers for failing to comply with several provisions of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
