Datanamix Master Service Data Agreement (MSDA)

Once your project is ready to Go Live with our API and requires production credentials, we will need to put in place our Master Service Data agreement (MSDA). This agreement will outline the commercials around activating and transacting on the Datanamix platform and the legalities around accessing various data sources. Please contact the Datanamix Commercial team to get this agreement in place. This information is necessary for Datanamix to evaluate how you plan to use our APIs in your project and if you have the correct purpose of use according to South African Data regulations.

Once the agreement is signed, the finance and compliance team will review the agreement to determine the account type, (Prepaid or 30-day Account) and perform the necessary verifications. This process can take up to 72 hours to complete. For any further queries please contact our commercial team.
