Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition. Furthermore, you verify that you are unaware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the competition. The rules can only be modified by Datanamix in a written revision posted on the competition page or any other official competition communication methods.
2. This is a digitally run competition. Only entries received online via Datanamix’s official entry page, will be accepted, however, it may happen that details, such as cell phone numbers, be captured manually should conditions allow for it.
3. You may only enter this competition if you are 18 years of age or over.
4. The competition will run on 6 March 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. Entries reflected on Datanamixs records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
5. The prize will be 500 complimentary Datanamix consumer credit reports which will be provisioned for use on the Datanamix secure web portal.
6. The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
7. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder, but in accordance with relevant legislation. These terms and conditions include but is not limited to the following:
   1. In order to comply with the regulations set out by the NCR it will be expected of the winner to sign the Datanamix Master services agreement & Service request.
   2. The agreement will be non-binding after the use of the 500 credit reports.
   3. It will be expected of the winner to provide the following supporting documents required to open an account.

Supporting Documentation:

1. 1. 1. CIPC registry document.
      2. Bank letter not older than 3 months.
      3. Proof of address not older than 3 months.
      4. Director or signatories ID copy.
      5. Vat Letter
      6. Tax Letter
      7. NCR – Debt counsellor certificate (in-date).
      8. Proof of payment to the NCR if the Debt counsellor certificate is (expired).
2. Winners will be announced during the event.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to messages within 5 days, or chooses to decline the prize, then their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen as soon as possible.
4. By entering this competition, the entrant consents that Datanamix may use names and images taken for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable. All promotional material will become the sole property of Datanamix. Should you not wish for your personal information or images to be used, you should not continue to enter the competition.
5. Datanamix’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Datanamix and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
7. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
8. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, Datanamix must collect and use personal information about participants. Participants agree that Datanamix may contact them at a later stage using the contact information provided for operational purposes. All relevant regulations relating to the use of personal data applies and the participants may elect not to be contacted again at a later date.
9. Datanamix reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
10. Two winners will be chosen from the entries received on 6 March 2025.
